Benched after getting the team to a 7-4 record... including wins against Pittsburgh, Cincinnati and Atlanta.

After a one point loss to Indianapolis (who went to the AFC Championship game), the team benched Hoyer for Manziel and the team has now lost 9 of their last 11 games.

Fast forward a year and Hoyer has elevated yet another bad team to respectability and has 13 touchdowns and 3 INTs on the season. He has four games this season with a 100+ passer rating.

Now I know most of you could care less about this, but Brian Hoyer of all people resonates why the Browns team and fanbase are complete CLOWNS. Even when Hoyer had the squad competitive game in, game out, the team and fans were still begging for Manziel to play. They essentially vilified the best QB they had in 10 years in spite of the wins he was producing on the field.

This team continued their comedy act by letting go of Hoyer while keeping Manziel and signing McCown for 3x as much money as Hoyer cost the Texans.

I mean they are committed to an alcoholic and career loser more than a guy who is better than both.

When will the madness stop??

Optimistic But I Got Hands Tho
McCown and Hoyer's stats are almost identical except McCown has more yardage. The QB isn't really their problem.

They don't run the ball well and they don't stop the run well on the edges.

They don't do a good job pressuring the QB and the secondary has been food this season.

The offensive line has taken a step back as well.

Because i watched every game. They went with Manziel when Hoyer couldnt get a first down to save his life.

All stats are not created equal. Hoyers makes winning plays when its counts. McCown doesn't.

You know this. Don't why you made this post. It's all about winning in the NFL. Browns fans showing their low IQ again
