I got the Oura smart ring. I wear it every day. It lasts about 6 days on a charge. Charges fast. I typically don't like rings but I haven't had any issues wearing it. Been using it for about 6 months. It tracks a lot of stuff, like sleep, stress. Heart rate, resilience, etc. I use it to see how my body reacts to certain things. What things cause me stress or relaxes me. It mainly helps me understand what is going on with my body. I like it. Only drawback is the app is subscription based.

I knew it :snoop: I been interested in Oura and this "Lumen" inhaler type of thing but they're both subscription based....
