Norv wasn’t the right fit for us. He had Teddy and Bradford taking 5 to 7 drops without an O line. Shows no creativity when his style of offense didnt work. He was not willing to cater the offense towards individual player strengths. He tries to force whatever personnel you have into HIS system. Maybe this year with an improved O line, we could safely run the Turner deep passing game, but Norv just didn’t have the creativity to make the offense affective. In 15’ or the first half of 16’.
Now we have Pat Shurmur who still uses some of Norv’s playbook and we are doing better because Shurmur schemes our playbook based off of personnel.
You guys have Cam so that could alleviate whatever trouble we had trying to implement Norv’s playbook. It might not be a problem because everything is a little easier Cam. He isn’t Teddy or Bradford
But Norv is ancient. The wave in the NFL seems to be to find the younger creative offensive minds, not the Dinosaurs.

Carowinds is on the SC/NC line... it would def take away a huge chunk of options of the pre and post game experience ... however it might spur more “posh” , “unique” development by Carowinds ... there has already been growth around there but it’s generic as fukk.

I want the stadium to stay uptown, and if a new domed stadium must be built, keep it uptown. I like that we play outdoors, but if they want an enclosed stadium, make the roof retractable.
