I don't know what to make of this line

Andrew Norwell made All-Pro at guard and is about to get paid
Daryl Williams made 2nd team All-Pro at RT
Ryan Kalil is a former all-pro center
Trai Turner was an all-pro guard
Matt Kalil has his ups and downs at LT

They're not bad, but it needs to improve and I don't know where you start at, other than Ryan Kalil getting old
I just don't know how they leave McCaffrey in to block on those first two red zone plays. If thats Stew he probably hits Funchess for the TD. Still shocked the oline got destroyed like that.

Half the fukking time we win in spite of ourselves....

I'm gonna half to see what the new ownership looks like because I might just say fukk it and be done after another season like this...

A good/great organization is ahead of the fans.

The fans can't recognize the lack of speed on the field before the organization does.
The fans can't recognize that this Shula shyt isn't going to lead to a Super Bowl before the organization does.

After coming off a Super Bowl the fans can't recognize that drafting defense instead of offense was a mistake.

And I'm to to the point where I'm more mad at Ron than I am at Shula. Shula was much better in the QB coach role. He didn't have to make him the OC.

He didn't want to hire Hue Jackson or Pat Shumur because they posed legit threats as guys who could replace him at the time.

He keeps Shula as the scapegoat. Its a distraction to not focus on his fukkups.

Ron Rivera sounds resigned to losing Steve Wilks

shyt like this. Losing a DC in ONE YEAR for a HC job. Yet no one is trying to get Shula. That's the first tell sign that no one in college or pro wants to deal with him.

Jerry Richardson gets blame for bringing in a GM in Gettleman whose #1 priority was not Cam. The way they started it was the way its going to be.

I'm just amazed how the Panthers are content with such an average offense. 3 of the last 4 years have been below average. Either change the OC or fukk it trade Cam. Get a new QB to get ready for the next regime.

The crazy part is I can see Ron dumb ass having the same post Super Bowl feeling. "Once we get KB back its all good"

Once we get Samuel, Byrd back or now that Greg is back, etc etc.

Just can't keep doing the same thing all over again.
That's why we're not getting a WR in the first round. Prolly Oline or DT. Are we paying Star?
EDIT: The hell is Vernon Butler doing ?

I’m not as down on Rivera as most, but I’m to the point now where if it means getting rid of Shula at OC, then fire Ron. I’m sick of watching other teams have receivers running around open all over the place, and then our scrubs are locked down majority of the game. I’m sick of it. It’s a mixture of Shula not scheming well, and the fact our wideouts are scrubs. After looking at that tweet where Cam throws into a tight window more than any other QB, it makes me even more impressed with him. I’m impressed with his career stats, as they could be a hell of a lot better if he didn’t have this coaching staff handicapping him.

I hope new ownership sees all this and makes some major chances. We’re in need of a philosophical change, as this defensive mind state that has been employed by the organization since its existence isn’t working. Let’s build up our offense, and Cam has shown he can lead it. He damn near carried us to a win yesterday with scrubs all over the field. Give Ron an ultimatum of either Shula goes, or you both go.

Charles Johnson says he wants to still play. Y’all for bringing him back?

Me personally, I’m letting him go, as well as Stewart, and Russell Shepard. We save money by cutting Ryan Kalil, but I’d give him the option of taking a pay cut before I possibly cut him. Probably need to keep him for the sake of his trash ass brother, but in 2019 when we can cut Matt without taking a hit, I cut both they asses. I’d try to keep both Norwell and Star, but if I have to choose, I’m keeping Norwell. We need to stop with the receiving projects, and go after a legit receiver in FA and/or pick up one in the draft (first or second round). That receiver needs to know the route tree, run them well, and have proven they can create separation. Top end speed is an added bonus, but we need great route runners. We need to upgrade Coleman, as Josh Norman made him and he’s been trash without him. I’d keep Adams, but preferably as a backup. Need to get younger at DE, but I’d bring Peppers back one more year

Probably time for him to go, unless he wants to take another pay cut. The fact that they deactivated him yesterday cause they didn't like the effort he was telling. He still plays the run well, but isn't getting pressure to the QB anymore.
