In a way this is partially Cam's fault though if we're keeping it 100.

At no point has Cam expressed the desire to move on from Shula.

Also he doesn't audible out of these shyt play calls enough.

In 2015 Cam had almost a Peyton Manning like control over the offense. He constantly changed plays and put guys in different spots to succeed.

He can't be content with the BS. He can't think its all good and that everything will take care of itself. shyt changes fast for black QBs. He's gotta take more ownership over the offense or internally start to raise hell about the play calling.

But we know Cam is all for the organization so this won't happen. I'm interested to see what happens now that Ron has called out the "complexity" of the offense. Personally I think we lack a running game. One thing that's hurting CMC is he was suppose to compliment JStew but he is slumping at an alarming rate. Our offense looked better when we slung it but that was by force. With the line getting banged up Cam is not getting time and he is forcing the hell out of everything. If it's not forced it's a check down for 2 yards smh. I don't see how it can get better honestly. We need lineman a running back and an OC all the toughest positions in the game.

I agree with u 100% that Cam takes some of the blame and he needs more control of the offense.

But how much of the offense u actually think they gonna let Cam control without there being repercussions from the coach?

Shula know his job on the line this season and I doubt he letting Cam have as much free will as 2015.

Even Rivera shook on 4th down now out of fear for his job.

My biggest issue with the offense as a whole is the tempo or lack thereof. Cam is better at a faster pace, always has been and so is the rest of the offense. I think it would help the run game also.

Every short yardage situation we huddle up and bring in heavy personnel, which gives the defense time to substitute. And for the love of God, stop running McCaffrey out of the shotgun Shula He was at his best in college running from the I or single back.
We have a playoff defense, but we ain't gonna get past 7 wins if offense doesn't figure this shyt out
