Unpopular opinion. I always thought this was a weak follow up after Boyz N the Hood.
To be fair it's hard following a masterpiece with just an ok movie

In hindsight, it was a great movie that stood the test of time

But honestly it was just John singleton flexing on the Industry getting 2pac and Janet Jackson in the same film trying to eat up that drama love money that was major at that time. If we are honest there was really no true point of the film.

I forgot who had said it. Some celebrity. But 2Pac was hands down the best rapper/actor and a better actor than Will Smith. If he was alive today I’m sure he would be a full blown movie star. He could act his ass off. So talented

Movie star? If this man was alive today he would have become President.
