The layout is actually not that good. I mean it's nice and spacious but the point of an RV is to be somewhat cramped. Where's the 2nd bedroom as an example. Lots of wasted space in the "garage". Why are the guests using the in suite bathroom.

That's what I'm thinking, it's an RV why would I need a full sized fridge and oven.

Have friends who ac bought something like this recently. It’s pretty nice. It definitely is apartment like.

There are RV parks. You rent the spots. The prices vary might be $1200 a year. Usually close by a river or lake. Usually private owned.

A lot of my people used to rent the spots and then spend some time in spring when it's nice, all of summer, and some of autumn there. Cookout, party, fish,...

One of the places got flooded and is no longer there.

My close people just sold their camper. They had it but it was too far of a drive to pack up shyt, drive there, stay for a day or 2, pack up, drive all the way back home.
