I remember when I first started I could barely eat 400 calories in a meal of rice meat and veggies, and weightgainers filled me up too much. Its been a lil more than 5 and a half months now and I cut the meals down from 6 meals a day to 4 meals big meals of 800-1000 calories each. Woke up late today, made half cup brown rice dry, 1/4 cup lentils, lots of spinach, tablespoon coconut oil, around 2 servings turkey meat, and a couple servings grated cheese all mixed up in a bowl. Chocolate milk with a tablespoon flaxseed stirred in to wash it down, and a serving of pizza on the side. Probably around 1500 calories and surprisingly I'm not that full. Downed a bottle of water after all of it too. As time passes it'll become easy to get all your calories in in food. Havent had a weightgainer in months
