Just had my own mix.

About a cup and a half of oats
milled flax
1 scoop of whey
cashews

Could barely finish it..:mjcry:

Went from 165 consistently to 180. Will get up to 185 and cut.

Why couldn't u finish it? I finish mine in seconds :heh: but I'm 220lbs

Semtex's whole food mass gainer:

2 cups oats (600 calories)
2 cups whole milk (300 calories)
2 tbsp olive oil (240 calories) I promise you won't taste the olive oil OR you can use peanut butter instead.
breh I have a hard time drinking my bootleg mass gainer with 1 cup of oats

I remember when I first started I could barely eat 400 calories in a meal of rice meat and veggies, and weightgainers filled me up too much. Its been a lil more than 5 and a half months now and I cut the meals down from 6 meals a day to 4 meals big meals of 800-1000 calories each. Woke up late today, made half cup brown rice dry, 1/4 cup lentils, lots of spinach, tablespoon coconut oil, around 2 servings turkey meat, and a couple servings grated cheese all mixed up in a bowl. Chocolate milk with a tablespoon flaxseed stirred in to wash it down, and a serving of pizza on the side. Probably around 1500 calories and surprisingly I'm not that full. Downed a bottle of water after all of it too. As time passes it'll become easy to get all your calories in in food. Havent had a weightgainer in months

That was what I used. It has a pretty good index as the carbs are from rice if I remember correctly, instead of sugar like most others
