They should let him play, but I doubt they will. This is following the same stuff they did with Embiid and Simmons where they have them warm up before games, footage leaks and it keeps their fanbase engaged but ultimately he probably wont play.

He was 2nd most efficient in the country last year in the pick and roll. Whatever you want to call him, he's a lead guard with the ability to create for himself and distribute himself. He had no spacing last year and non shooting big men on the team, and still managed to dish out an impressive no of assists for s college guard.
