Covers generally give off the tone of the album, I really don't know why you're acting like it's some taboo shyt.

i wouldn't say plenty of people. yes, an album cover, like a book cover, has made me buy an album - way back in the day when i actually bought albums. but i never correlated the music to the cover art unless there was a clear connection. jay z leaned up against a car didn't influence my experience of vol 2, ti with the black power fist didn't affect urban legend...you're in the minority here.
