It's not that it's that bad...if you only need a seat on a plane to get you to where you're going, then Spirit will do just that...and only that lol...tight small airplane seats, no refreshments(I think u can buy stuff tho), not allowed to really bring a sizable carry on bag on the plane (got to tag it up plane side). But if it's a cheap enough flight, I'll still take it...just got to check your bags if need be but I can understand why folks pay extra for convenience

Spirit is extremely shytty and yeah those tickets are cheap.

Southwest compared to Spirit is like 1st class all the way,

spirit really not that cheap most of the time. Especially after you pay for cary ons and other bullshyt.

sometimes i even find a cheaper deal with jet blue/delta

I've never even heard of Spirit Airlines. How can it be that bad

they hot garbage. The fares are cheap, but they are literally my last resort. Everytime I have flown, flights delayed ,cancelled, bumped off.....you have better luck going on a rammed pack bus at rush hour than dealing with spirit

I read in a businessinsider article that there's a pilots' strike against and wanting higher wages. Spirit is suing their union.
