I dunno man. Not really. Once it's out in the open, Nintendo should have expected it to leak. Like, I'm heavy into high-end headphones. Once the dealers get the notice from the company that a new headphone is coming out, they immediately tell their customers. It's expected.

The employee didn't sign an NDA or anything, so he didn't do anything legally wrong.
