After he won that fight, he did the poll and Maidana (who was free) finished in #2 place.....and was also the mandatory for Paulie's WBA belt.

AB LOST to Maidana, who is now the WBA Champion with Keith Thurman as the #1/mandatory for the belt.

Keith Thurman will be facing the winner of Floyd vs Maidana. Either Maidana for the WBA belt or fighting for the vacated belt if Floyd wins and drops it.

If Broner would've beat Maidana, he would be fighting Keith Thurman right now....Shawn Porter had no spot at the table
