Up to the young guns to take over the mantle now. These 3 have done everything they were supposed to do. No one would have faulted KD from ever playing again after having 2 and tearing his Achilles. Bron already had 2 as well so he had nothing to prove. Steph wanted one to have EVERYTHING a player can have as an NBA player and can now say he has done that. This was special and I am glad I got to watch the majority of it.
Game won't be the same without Steph & KD.

Now yall know how is old heads felt with Jordan, Barkley, Dream, Zeke, Bird, Drexler, Ewing, etc. We thought the same way but Kobe, AI, Shaq, Vince, and Mac came along.
I grew up in the Kobe, AI, Shaq era. But was a little kid for Jordan and Magic. Regardless, I think the Magic/Jordan, Kobe/Shaq, LeBron, KD, and Steph eras are the greatest eras of basketball. I don't think we'll ever see that again

Bigs looking kind of sus but we still have the top guards. We saw that France was held back cause all they have are bigs. They’re probably another generation or two from having elite guards.

Outside of Team USA stars you had Giannis, jokic, SGA, Wemby, a whole bunch of elite Euroleague players, lots of quality NBA players like Franz Wagner, etc.
