It’s unfortunate because I know somebody that was murdered almost 2 years ago in SC and it’s still unsolved.In the majority instances, you don't have to identify or intimidate someone to get that information. A lot of people know what happen as people willingly talk, they just choose not to relay that information to the police for whatever reason.
It's only now in the murder of Dolph that the "no snitching" or keep what you know to yourself policy doesn't apply, which is disingenuous as there's a lot of murder cases unsolved in the city.
