There's no true #1. Not with 60+ year history. But if you're looking for a relatively modern album that's in the consideration. This album comes really fukking close

My personal favorite. I don't know what it is about OK Computer. shyt has me in a trance when I listen to it. Like I'm in a higher state of consciousness.
The album was so good that the masters have been christened in the Library of Congress National Archives which is where they put really important shyt that has significant relevance to today's culture, history, like MLK's speech, The Moon Landing videos, etc etc..so that it will never be lost. It's a masterpiece and one of only 5 or so albums I've ever heard that I can truly say every song in the album is an individual masterpiece. Pretty sure every song is also mentioned in Rolling Stones top 500 songs of all time.
