It honestly could be worse. I don't think she's that beat...especially if she got rid of that awful bleached hair and went with a more natural colour that would complement her features more.

I agree. I think a darker hair color would make a big difference. I am not opposed to light hair colors though. My hair use to be several shades lighter.
