I am in the process of starting a new life (with my girl)...outside of NYC since we both have interest in a change of scenery...

This has been something of discussion for the past couple of months and I've decided to make it happen.

I have family and friends in North Carolina who've I visited numerous times over the years plus I know my way around out there so I'm not exactly a newbie to the city...

These days and months ahead gonna feel different knowing I won't be in the Big Apple much longer but...

NY will always...forever will be...in my heart.

I’m going to move to the south one day since most of my family is down there but that’s going to be after retirement and honestly I’m being more attracted to the Southwest like Arizona or Nevada for retirement.

I've been contemplating a move to the Carolinas instead of Florida.

Raleigh and Charlotte were the top spots. I've heard a lot of good things about both areas.
