Once you hit 30, just do your regular cardio, some yoga/stretches and modify the lifting. Goblet squat instead of barbell back squat. Dips instead bench etc.

A combo of both. Holding your breath while exerting yourself raises your BP and you’re also not getting oxygen.Which one is it?
