Personally, I don't agree with gang banging. I grew up around those dudes and stayed away from them for the most part, but I also knew a few, met a few and for the most part they are just like everyone else. They may handle certain situations differently from the average person.
My point is that it's easy to say what gangbangers do or don't do, but unless we have the receipts to prove or disprove an assertion, one can't really speak on what gangbangers do out in the field..
BTW, I vaguely remember some KKK members getting fired on at one of their rallies in Anaheim some years back. So, I wouldn't say that Black people, gang members or civilians are just passively taking abuse from those racist POSes..
