The typing on the iPhone is way better than the S3.

Android OS comes with more features right out the box over the iPhone (example is the notification centre and widgets)

In terms of email/text/calling, if that's all you do I wouldn't really make the switch unless you hate your iPhone 4S.

have you used swiftkey keyboard or what

it will be impossible for you to go back to typing on iphone
