Funny. I'm just bout to go out and buy that same product.

I got off creatine a while back b/c it added too much water weight I didnt want.

But I read the Creature pillform doesnt bloat you like the others. I really wanna try the O.N. powder creatine b/c it's a better price and I know ON makes good products, but I think it might add too much water weight on me.

I also heard that you should take Creatine post workout, which is something I've never tried. I used to just take it before I worked out.

Just buy bulk monohydrate of the creapure brand and call it a day. You're not going to escape the water retention, and some people just get it worse than others.

The water retention lets me know its working atleast. That and my muscular endurance going through the roof. :manny:

i haven't taken creatine in a while, but how many reps do you guys think it adds to your performance? like instead of lifting a weight for sets of 5 you can do it for sets of 7?

I really don't have gain more reps. I gain more stamina. I can usually finish the later sets a lot easier

it keeps your ATP levels up. ATP diminishes during physical activity normally.

On the real Malcolm, even tho you act like a female....I would advise you to go to GNC and just get their store brand of creatine mono powder. Mix it with some grape juice, and hit the gym HARD and drink ALOT of water. I cant speak for the pills, but when I was skinny and just starting to work out, the GNC powder is what I used.

If you do it right, you will see result in about 2 and half to 3 weeks. You'll be bigger and fuller.

im eating like 5 times a day since may 14th breh.
took my body a while to adjust cause i started over eating and throwing up the first few days

now im good now

I used to take mine before, but now I'm hearing ppl say that it's best to take it post-workout.

I'm gonna start doing that, I think.

Also, does anyone know if this is true....

Bloating only occurs when you're not getting enough water, to compensate for the water that is being absorbed into your muscles with the creatine.

So if you're experiencing bloating on Creatine, all you have to do is drink more water.

When on Creatine you should be trying to drink at least a gallon of water a day.

when I was on creatine, I drank a ton of water at the gym, but not as much thruout the rest of the day, so that may be why it gave me extra water weight.
