That whole H Street Corridor is weird, it was being redeveloped, but then the economy went to shyt, now it's coming back. It's almost like you can see the gentrification in motion.
I watched the gentrification of Nationals Park. shyt went from a bonafide slum to prime location.
I looked for an apartment, once in SE. I am proud to say I never went back.

nothing against dc, but it's not the only area for black dentists. other than atlanta, what do you think about memphis? i know a few people who are doing quite well out there. one is a dentist that went to howard dental school and got him a dentist job in memphis.
