Im familiar with zillow. NakedPhilly is new to me tho. As far as your clientele, are they typically business owners? (I would be surprised if common everyday people were buying plots of land)
How do you typically find clientele?
theres a bunch of people out there than want land... other speculators... general contractors... guys looking for a place to stash their cash...
carrying costs are nothing in philly, taxes are super low, any sort of law about keeping land in good shape are easy to ignore...
this is just one hustle though man... philly is blowing up right now with young people, there's plenty of ways to make money in real estate if you use your head

And even outside the US why would anyone gamble on FB where everything is out in the open and recorded forever on platforms they have no control over... its not like FB is creating online gambling, so u gotta show us why people would switch to FB from whatever online gambling platforms they are already using
