The air-tight seal being not air-tight on a frozen pizza

Do you know what i`m talking about, sometimes you get a frozen pizza and the airtight packaging isn't air tight?

The dough wont rise and the pizza is extra doughy and nasty, anyone else experience this. Type of shyt to ruin your day.
