I think if there was a scale of thickness like: chubby <--_-- 0 --_--> muscle. She would be right in the middle of chubby and neutral. If she does some weightlifting and tone it up like you saying she would be in that sweet spot of -ness but as is she fine to me. That's my personal taste though, but we all got room for improvement.

And how dare you slander black women that way , I'm sure the dime in the OP is nothing like you're depicting and even if she is she deserves it sir. Also, if it came down to it I would smash that chick you linked
