A couple points. Nekima has disliked Keith Ellison for years. Ilhan of course is his successor and Nekima supported Antone.

Secondly, I'd like to know the context of what Ilhan said in relation to AAs and Somalis in the MPLS metro area. Having been in that district myself on a couple of visits and having friends from there, theres always been tensions between AAs and Somalis. I'm thinking this is like a lot of things with the manufactured Ilhan controversies... a sentence here gets spinned into some kind of outrage. But I dunno

No, there actually was a complaint filed from the Minnesota Democratic Party because his campaign has been funneling cash to dark vendors.
