Matz is starting to remind me a lot of Ollie Perez... He can be going good for a stretch, but let one thing go bad, he craps the bed.... Of course if we send him somewhere else in a deal, he'll turn into Clayton Kershaw....
As wild and inconsistent as Oliver was, at least he out together a dominating couple of starts in a row before imploding for 2 or 3. Then starting the cycle again.

I could never enjoy an Ollie start, even when he was dealing... Son could have gone 6-7 innings, struck out 10 dudes with no walks, but I knew that all it would take was one missed strike three call by the umpire, an error behind him in the field, and the implosion would be on and he'd give up five runs before you knew what was going on.
