I'm never down by the Naval Yard, so I can't say, closest thing I have is a few clients down that way. Never noticed if the police were that deep down there, especially since the area being revamped.
I go by there if I'm on the bus, otherwise I don't go through that way unless traffic is sick on 395. But I been cutting through South Cap and Frederick Douglass bridge for years before Nats stadium was even there. But yeah, the few times I actually go by the Navy Yard the security presence is there plus this is the somewhat good part of Southeast. nikkaz ain't been shooting like that in this part of town since Cam got hit.
