It's not a stretch. You see lots of Military personnel strapped the fukk up in and around bases here. Prolly was one of those cacs that think all black people look alike that let him through, smh or it coulda been a nikka and he coulda finessed his way in by talkin bout NFL sunday. lol, this is a crazy ass story. I think it was converted into the Naval administrative offices so they prolly had some military but not like a full blown base would. But the Marine Barracks are right nearby as well as other HQs for law enforcement. It's like I said, whoever's crazy enough to do this was ready to go. That's some walking into the lion's den shyt.
