a lot of the Hollywood life they live gets exhausting. The parties, the interviews, the pictures, the red carpet events, it's a life lived entirely in the public eye. and therefore very performative.
I think it's wild to speculate so much on a relationship I have no real info on, but that dynamic, reminds me of being in a relationship, and you two are arguing a little, and then have to walk into a party and pretend everything is all good. and then doing that every night. and for a massive audience.
to add, when it was me, and this was a brief part of my life, but I would prefer to not go to the party. Talk it out, and feel right with each other, rather than smooth it over in the moment, and go smile and wave and pretend you are this cute couple. That tension between how you feel and how you act can be hard to stomach,
I would rather one person just not go, so one of us could enjoy themselves, but that is the performative aspect of the, of any relationship. And people will pick apart your body language and dynamic. And judge you for it.
so for someone in the public eye, this must be excruciating.
