This.

I expected something awful. This was....50.

I dunno if people expected him to jump around like a 90's Busta Rhymes, or what.

Fred.
Yeah but you would think after 20 years and a new environment 50 would show more effort

The residency, dubbed "50 Cent: In Da Club," will be unlike anything he’s ever done before and we're told fans can expect a fresh experience while still hearing all their favorite hits from Fifty, including classics "In Da Club," "Candy Shop," and "21 Questions."

Why would he? :mjlol:

A Vegas residency is basically auto-pilot for legacy acts. Once you get that you know only die hard fans are going to come see you. I don't know why people would expect him to reinvent the wheel 25 years into his career, advertising be damned.

They both are legacy artist with great back logs. But both are washed tho. Usher album was absolutely pitiful I was disappointed

Can’t speak on them new albums :hubie:

But to the original post I quoted I don’t think Usher and Mariah were in desperate need of money. Usher just had a very successful tour after his residency. So him doing the residency out of desperation isn’t true.

Take so damn pride is why :dahell:

Pride in what? :mjlol:

50 is the same guy that said an album isn't classic if it doesn't sell X amount of records. The same guy that put on a terrible performance then hit the :yeshrug: because he got the Vitamin Water deal.

He's a capitalist and business man first and foremost, unless his performance affects his bottom line he's never going to give a f*ck.

I went and it wasn't trash. It was actually really good. He rapped almost the entire time with only a few sections of Murda and Yayo completing things.

He was winded several times but people are taking the worst parts of his performance and highlighting them.

Sounds more like she didn’t get enough of 50 and that’s why she thinks it sucked, too short and hypemen talked more/were louder than him. 🤷🏽‍♂️

50 still doing that up and down fan motion with his hand even after Busta cut his ass about it pause is crazy, lol, he should just cut that out of his performance bag completely at this point

Fif like a robot at this point lol
