Basically there's no great option at backup if that's a viable option...I think the club was hoping Jarrett Jack would return earlier from injury b/c it became clear when they invited so many guys that they weren't gonna be able to save a spot while he recovered. Delaney is a 3rd PG on a decent team, no way he deserves or is qualified for backup time

It'll take him 20-25 games at least to get it...he's still used to comin in the game and being the X factor, now he IS the main factor for whether we win or lose every night and he's gotta slow it down when it's time to slow it down but push the pace like he can

That's why I think we'll be a little worse in the regular season but better in the playoffs
