I don't use self-checkouts anymore because I don't need some cac worker or security guard accusing me of stealing or treating me like I'm “suspicious”.

I go to the cashiers so that they know I paid for my shyt. A lot of these extra security measures these stores are implementing sometimes have underlying “” connotations and what OP is describing sounds a bit extreme for security measures.

The last time I used a self-checkout in a store, I paid for my stuff with a credit card, but this white lady overseeing the transaction acted funny, and I don't mean as in comical if you get what I'm saying.

Kroger and Meijer are “white ass stores” at least where I'm from...they tend to be located in the burbs. I don't shop in places like that anymore, always feels like I'm not welcomed but my girl insists on shopping in places like Trader Joe's and shyt.
