I went to Meijers and Krogers. Never had problems before. But at both stores I had to call the clerk.

At Krogers they even had a replay video of me scanning items and the white woman was watching it. Before she put her code in.

At Meijers they had no replay video. But i scanned all my items but when I went to pay, I had fo call the clerk. Maybe I'm reaching but I usually don't go through this

yeah my local Krogers store stay trying to act like i didn't scan shyt. Always with produce like bananas, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers. I either have to weigh them or enter the quantity before I can put them in the bag. But, that shyt stay acting like I didn't enter them. shyt really pisses me off cause then it pops up the video so it looks like you are trying to steal some shyt. Hate when it's an old Karen lady that was already hovering around me and now I got let her come over and unlock the register and she's all lookin at my screen and up in my bag. To make sure I didn't try and slide some shyt. Like bytch move.

I'ma end up saying Fck it and start walking out with shyt... I used to work at Walmart, they can't MAKE you stay if caught, put hands on you or nothing...you can leave and they can't do shyt.

I once saw a coworker (holistic crystal loving sister with locs and head wrap) her fired for stopping a customer who tried to steal a Toilet seat...

Yeah it's pretty much universal policies for Companies to fire people that go after shoplifters. I can't imagine getting mixed up in something over some shoplifting if I worked in a place like that. I don't even understand the gas station/bodega dudes that end up getting shot killed on their shift for trying to stop a robbery. I mean I can kind of understand if you actually own the spot, but if you just buddy cashier, look the other way and live another day.
