Some of you guys need to watch some old Dome shows. Better yet, watch some of the newer Dome shows as well. As long as you put something nice and exciting in front of them, done by wrestlers they care about, Japanee fans will react loudly.

Dome crowds tend to react only for big matches though. If WWE ever did a big show, fans would be "dead" for the most part.

A smaller building would be much better.

If Saitama was hot for them, imagine a hardcore Tokyo crowd

Dome crowds tend to suck in puroresu so I wouldn't like a Wrestlemania-type show.

Now, if they get a Budokan Hall or even a Sumo Hall show taped...people would be at the atmosphere.

Nope, usually it's from around 05:30-midnight. Even on New Year's it's still shut for an hour or so. It's to do maintenance work that couldn't be done at any other time.

True, but if they could get Saitama off their asses, it's not a stretch to say that they could do a Dome show if they wanted. Crowd reaction can be a bytch though.

If they wanted to get maximum reaction though, it would be better to do the Budokan RAW or something like that, but I'd like to at least see them try the Dome once.

It's because it's so old (oldest metro system in the world, 40 years before NY's) and most of it is so far underground that the doubling up of lines just can't be done as it's impossible to expand more. Therefore as they can't build parallel lines like NY has they gotta keep the existing lines in good condition which means downtime for maintenance

There's a bunch of night buses that'll get you where you wanna go so it could be worse I guess, it's just an inconvenience more than anything
