Nah, this is the some BS, Sounds like a cover story for the Fleece Johnson types. "Oh, we ain't gay, we didn't F them, we just spit in they ass. 
Guards ain't about to do all that work just because someone possibly spit in somebody ass, they probably wouldn't even notice unless the person tells them , which they wont.

Because, that Fleece Johnson thread reminded me about this one, then I strated thinking about how ridiculous the concept of spitting in someones ass so the guards will say that got raped is.
