i can definitely attest to seein some shyt like that go down, saw police leave a nikka slumped on the bleachers in the middle of a public park a couple years ago and they let him sit for damn near an hour, didn't call the ambulance or anything mind you dude was a known killer so it was obvious they left him for dead cuz they were tired of dealin wit his ass, it is what it is

I know police are supposed to help everybody...but they are people too.
They deal w/ these cats every damn day...after seeing the same people day after day shoot each other and fukk w/ the community they are probably like when one of them gets hit.
