You think Men are interested in Daytime Talk shows? You think he's gonna bring on Kevin Samuels? Brehs just want to see brehs win.


He's more of a case study on how to navigate the industry than someone people are checking for. I really don't think Holmes expect the show to last, It's more about getting more exposure and relationship building. I also think he wants to be an industry host. Meaning whenever there's some kind of awards show or they want to put out a game show or something and they need a non threatening Black guy he'll get the call. Steve Harvey used to own this lane but Black women turned on him years after Think like a Man came out.



Speaking of Think like a Man the book and movie was a hit with Black women yet the shea's managed to low key cancel him.
