“I’ve got three to five years left in me,” Weddle said Saturday. “I want to go somewhere I have a chance to win a Super Bowl. Until last year I’ve never been injured. I’ve never had surgery. I don’t drink, I don’t go out. My shoulders, back, legs, hip, they’re all fine. I think I bring a lot to a team.”

Although Weddle admires the Patriots, he also spoke longingly of Oakland, Pittsburgh and Carolina, all of which he was sure would be a good landing spot.

:ohhh: Ivory would be the perfect compliment for Murray. He's the opposite of Murray and he runs with authority and wears down defenses. Also, would have a RB that can close games. Problem is that it leads to his constant injuries, which scares teams due to his style of running, but as a duo they fit perfectly. Even if they don't get Ivory, Raiders need another RB ASAP. Wouldn't even mind them drafting Elliot with the first round pick either.

I like this:ohhh:

:blessed: Gabe, Hudson, & Osemele on the inside? :lupe: I hear he can also play LT, can he play that full time? :obama: If the Raiders can add Malik Jackson, Eric Weddle, and/or Sean Smith, no reason at all they can't win the AFC West and be a playoff squad at all.

I'm wit it, win games in the trenches:wow:

Also favorites to sign Vernon and Sean Smith:wow:

I'd still try to re-sign Penn if we get Osemele. That would be a disgusting o-line

Yes:wow:

:lupe: What are they going to do at right guard though? Mike Tice was able to somehow mask up playing Webb at RG, but the O-Line started to fall off once Hudson got hurt and when Howard was out near the end of the season and Penn started wearing down too in the 2nd half of the year. The coaching staff really likes Menelik, but he always gets hurt though. Feliciano looked suspect in pass protection, was aight in run blocking, even though he was a rookie, not sure you can rely on him. I can see them drafting a LT, but would prefer them figuring out the O-Line in free agency and drafting another playmaker for the defense instead.
