5. let harbaugh decide if he want to keep carr or hand select his own Qb. and i trust harbaugh decision in terms of getting the right qb rather it's carr or not

6. tell khalil mack your our tim brown of the defense and we can only build around u

7. move the team to los angeles and play at the coliseum or rose bowl until a stadium is built, cause the city of oakland isn't building shyt, plus the warriors are moving to san francisco for that frisco money..

Harbaugh is the way to go, gruden cannot put a team together. He ran Tampa into the ground. Harbaugh might be a ticking time bomb but at least he will improve the team before he self destructs.
