Draymond and it's not particularly close.

Draymond is better than Rodman in every facet of hoops except rebounding
Draymond ain't a better overall defender than Rodman, they were both versatile being able to guard 1-5 but I'd give the edge to Rodman. Each also have different fits, for example Rodman would fit far more on the Bulls teams where it's Pippen/Jordan primilarily initiating the offense. Draymond fits in his role with the GSW as hes tasked to set up the slash bros and co, while being the captain on defense/rotations etc.

Rodman defended wings & power forwards

Draymond literally defended 1-5

Draymond clearly the better def anchor, blocking shots, QBing the def, protecting the paint, switching on the perimeter, def rotations

I'd argue, Draymond at his peak was a much better on-ball defender

Better scorer, better passer, better facilitator all around, better three point threat

I'm an 80s baby, I watched Rodman...he wasn't better than Draymond

I think Draymond is a better individual defender, but securing rebounds cements good team defense: rebounds finish a defensive stand.

Ain't nothing more deflating in basketball than playing exceptional team defense only to give up an offensive rebound and having to chase the ball around a 2nd time.

I don't know how many times I've seen a team play great defense, give up an offensive board then play half-ass defense and give up a score.

I'm a Draymond fan and have defended dude plenty on here, but that part of his game is very frustrating. More than once I've seen dude stare at a miss and not go grab an easy rebound only for the other team to get the ball back.
