This ain't about just rap, it's about the entire hip hop culture. There was an article about breakdancing in the Olympics, and the writer tried to say it was created by Puerto Ricans. As far as who "they" are, it's any non black person saying they helped create hip hop. This started because that obese pos went on a radio station in Miami right before the BET awards he was hosting and said he could say the n-word.
And some half Dominican half Haitian c00n who works at the station said he was justified in saying. That's what got the magnifying glass even put of Fat Joe in the first place.
