A hit tether hollersp*ssy, you have something to say to me?
A hit tether hollers
This is the best you got? All thatisn't gonna save you from the receipts I'm dropping
I hope the board sees that out of all those videos
Now one shows Jamaican elders listening to hip hop
There are THOUSANDS OF JAMAICAN PARTIES on youtube
This "researcher' only cares about blk immigration
HIp hop is secondary
@IllmaticDelta I am still waiting on you to prove Jamaican elders listened to hip hop
I cannot wait for that proof
And I am laughing, cause you proving that you DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE FUKK YOU TALKING ABOUT
You mexican?
Ask any person on this website with Jamaican parentage or grew up there
Do their parents ever play hip hop
They play EVERY SINGLE TYPE of american music
NO hip hop
Ask any poster here
Which of their elders or parents over the age of 50 ever played hip hop in their house
I am not even talking about Jamaica
I am talking about in America, a parent like Voletta Wallace or any Jamaican elder
Ask ANY POSTER HERE
Cause you do not know what you talking about
ASK ANY POSTER HERE
In Jamaica?
You out your damn mind sir
Dude, I already addressed this and proved you wrong
There is NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON who knows Jamaican elders on this website
That would agree with you
NOT ONE
They do not even listen to dancehall music
You an internet research guy trying to squeeze your anti immigration bullshyt into hiphop like Tariq
Agent shyt
Again internet researcher
NOBODY on this website who knows, lives next to, works with, ever talked to any Jamaican elder
Would agree with you
Dude, I already addressed this and proved you wrong
Dude, people who are at least 50 years old would have been born only as far back as 1973. That's would be the same age groups as Busta or Pete Rock. Of course they played/listened to HipHop as they came up during the rise of it as a commercial product. We're not talking about people who are 75+ years old.
2 Jamaicans (who LIVE/ARE FROM Jamaica) who are/were 70+ year olds claiming Rap/HipHop as belonging/coming from Jamaica
Biggie's mom is in the same age range as the first generation of HipHop founders (most of them were born in the 1950s). The journalist who wrote this article on Jamaica-Gleaner is also a 1950s baby (73 years old)
see above
YOU set the age of birth at 1973....if that's an "elder" then you are wrong
You know how many people on this website know Jamaican people?
Been to parties with elders
Know the music they play?
You an internet researcher and you wrong
Where would Jamaican people have heard hiphop?
Where?
I don't care who's on this website when I have the receipts in print/audio/video from the people who were actually involved Why were they doing covers of Rap songs in Jamaica in 1979 if they had never heard it?
You ever been to a Jamaican party?
Not young people vibes
Anything in that age range, the age range you referring to. Big people.
Ever heard Stone Love Sound or any sound system play for hours?
Ever saw or heard a clash?
If you experienced any of those things you would understand why you silly
You wrong sir
It is laughable
Why can't you just answer the question? Why was a Jamaican born in the 1940s such as old ass U Roy, claiming HipHop?
Can y'all please stop responding to that idiot @Darkling please?!
