Ain't no one protecting clarance Thomas here so why is people bringing this up... He ain't black like us...:dahell: he has made his racial preference obviously clear :manny: whatever happens to him he's on his own ..
So that gives a white woman the right to call him a ****** when she doesn’t agree with what he says? By not nipping it in the bud, her and other white folk will think they have a pass to call any black person a ****** when they get angry.

It's the naive and false thought premise that white people are throwing him under the bus and making him the face of the abortion decision even in spite of the fact that 1. He don't care about nikkas like that and 2. He has always been known to be perfectly fine with playing the villain and not being bothered in the slightest about what people think of him or his decisions. That man is top of the chain at the SC and the country. There's no throwing him under the bus when is easily influencing decisions in that room.

He don't fukk with black people like that and never have anyways so there's no need for any of us to cape and defend him.

Wasn't be militant earlier in his life?

This is the height of clarence thomas powers, he has the majority in his court and is the most senior member on the court, he has relinquished the chief justice to second fiddle and second class status as his dissents have no say on the majority view any longer.
This is about clarence thomas, its about people not voting in midterm and presidential elections which allowed the blockade of merrick garland that gave neil gorsuch, and then gave McConnell control again to replace RGB with ACB when folks were voting already. this are the dynamics at play

Reading between the lines it seems like Clarence Thomas holds the most clout on the SC
Apparently his concurring opinion was even longer and more detailed than the one from the justice that wrote the original
That’s not how the court works. A concurring opinion is nothing more than wanting to say some extra shyt that hold no binding weight in law. Same as the dissent is nothing but you wanting to shout out why you don’t like the majority opinion. Concurring opinion can be as long as he feels like it, doesn’t matter and isn’t what the law is based on.

The fact that the rot goes this deep, and authorities are soft-shoeing it anyway, says volumes.

That's why I'd be dying laughing when they be saying no one's above the law... :mjlol: fukking clown shoes when they say those empty slogans... :stopitslime: you got people commit murder and get away with it fukk what they say

The only time I remember him ever being militant was during the Anita Hill situation when he called out Biden and the other white men on stage. Even then, that was against a black woman and for his own gain.

Other than that, I don’t remember any instances of him being militant at all. Granted, people don’t care about him enough to even mention his previous life before the SC lol.
