is it just me or is the Yankees season completely under the radar

They`re doing too good and no one is giving them competition.

And football is always more newsworthy than baseball, even the Yankees. Especially when you have a shirtless Tim Tebow photo!!!!!!! ermagerd!

That lead and them being in cruise control until recently made them an afterthought.

and the fact that for a team that's up right now, nobody really likes them, and nobody's gonna heap praise on them til they win in October, which not many people feel they will do.

As for training camp coverage, fukk it, especially for the Jets. Ridiculous coverage by the press that wants the Jets to relive Hard Knocks so badly.

I just got on Rich Cimini saying he should be embarressed for his non-stop Tebow coverage, obscuring other players us fans want to hear about.

I even shyt on Harvey Anton of the NY Times for referring to the "tv show" he's seeing at Jets camp. He's helping to foster the BS.

If I was a Jet fan, I'd be real selective about where I got my training camp news. A lot of outlets are just using camp to start laying out the narrative for this season: Sanchez vs. Tebow. I've seen more Jets coverage than any other team, even the Broncos, and haven't heard a word about Hill or Coples, yet whether they were bad picks was the only thing I heard after draft day. And I've only heard passing comment on Revis' contract situation.

No its not.

The media is supposed to have some sort of ethics, but what they see in the Jets is cooked food for them to make a living on manufacturing and overemphasizing stories that would be generally ignored if covering other teams.

The run of the mill turns into extra because...lets face it...these writers have mouths to feed.

The Jets knew this was going to happen the second they brought in Tebow. Woody Johnson is like a pig in shyt right now. He welcomes this stuff. The real fans of this team that were here before the Jets turned into a soap opera are the ones that get annoyed by it.

The Jets look like clowns...yet they dont care. Tickets to sell, insecure of the Giants success etc

It will be funny when our offense cant even get first downs with either Sanchez or Tebow.

You're both right, and it was a complaint I emailed to the Jets personally.

They're complicit.

I haven't watched ESPN for a minute.

Funny...my co-worker just got the NFL Network last week and came into the office all starry eyed over it saying "fukk ESPN" as if he just got an epiphany.

LOL

They're horrible.

Let's be real though, you don't go out and trade for Tim Tebow in NY and expect this all to go under the radar.

A QB controversey in NY is always a big deal, now add to the fact it's with the most popular player in the league today, you know what you had coming.

It still is excessive though, but this is NY, where we report on your sandwich selection at Arby's
