Legally a parent has a right to see their child even if they aren't paying child support. Only way he can't is if he's legally proven to be an unfit parent, so why isn't he able to see his child? in the end courts decide visitation before anything else, even if it's a temporary order; it's not really up to the mother if the two can't agree on things.

Petty grievances aside, a child needs both parents, the kid is the only one I feel sorry for.
