Only up to the second episode but I can't lie, this is definitely a guilty pleasure already.

I've been thoroughly entertained so far but the "attack" in the second episode was some of the weakest shyt I've ever seen in my life. That dude better have lost credit for swinging on a guy that's not even looking and doing absolutely zero damage.

Aside from trying to uncover illegal activity by jail employees, it's a big risk for the guys. There are dudes in there with anger issues. They will start a fight with you without even being incited.
And why volunteer? I would want to get paid to go into jail for that kind of work.

Jail shows always interest me, but this seems a bit staged 
When I was a Master's student I did research in a jail, examing recidivism with the youth. Walking through those myriad of big, steel doors and being searched every day and being around criminals all day made me realize jail isn't for me. I ain't built for that shyt. Who would voluntarily volunteer to do this shyt? Jail sucks, and I was just a researcher. I can understand the Army dude and maybe the cop wanting to learn more for their jobs, but everybody else....why?
The teacher and the house wife piss me off the most.
Zac seems to be the only one fitting in well. I guess he's used to being around a bunch of people in small, confined spaces. Plus he's got that Army background, so you know he can handle himself in a fight. Plus he's pretty built compared to everybody else in his pod.
That fukking teacher though...
I'm surprised nothing has happened to him yet. He's just asking for it. The season is still young though...
