It's pretty clear they don't care about the prisoners but we already knew that from the beginning


I'm amazed at how unprepared this jail is dealing with a issue like this with absolutely no supplies available. Can't they go to another location and use a water hose to fill up a giant container of water and then these same mofos are drinking sodas in front of these prisoners
