U.K? Has a bunch of dope rappers yes, including but not restricted to The Four Owls, Lowkey, Skinnyman, Coopz. infact far too many to name. But I don't judge artists by where they are from, I judge them on their music. That's why I have K-Rino in my top 3 artists of all time with the knowledge there are 1000's and 1000's of artists around the globe, K-Rino is that incredible to be in the absolute upper echelon when it comes to rankings.
